Thanksgiving to me has always been a day filled with laughter, family, good food, and great memories. Thanksgiving is also a word that describes how we should feel every day because every day is a gift from God. What does Thanksgiving mean to you and how is it different this year in comparison to past years?
I thought about what acronym would I use for the word that would be fitting given the economy and the given what many people might be feeling today. It is always my nature to try to find a way to bring light to darkness and to encourage whenever I have an opportunity.
Not everyone is in the same place. Some people are suffering and yet some people have not felt any despair with COVID-19, the loss of jobs and or even the loss of lives. But I would venture to believe that in some way, somehow, we have all been affected by this new normal. It is my prayer that we all can reflect on the goodness that the Lord continues to send our way day in and day out.
Yes, these are new experiences for us all but they are also opportunities for us to be ever so thankful because we are still able to live, breathe and have our being. Acts 17:28. His grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9

Buyer Client Spotlight
Congratulations Shanae! I cannot begin to applaud this first-time homebuyer enough for overcoming the challenges she faced to finally receive the keys to her new home on closing day. Her story is one of the reasons that I remain so passionate about selling real estate today. She remained vigilant and stayed the course to become a new homeowner. Shanae also used a new down payment assistance program for first-time homebuyers in the medical field to help with her purchase. You go girl!!!
