Many things will be said about the year 2020 when the history books are written. The one word that I would use to describe the year is "grateful."
I am grateful that most of my family, friends, and clients were not touched by COVID-19. For those that the disease did touch, I am grateful that they had mild cases and recovered quickly.
I am grateful that the Lord continues to give me a measure of health and strength.
I am grateful for my supportive husband, my beautiful children, my fantastic daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and my wonderful grandchildren.
I am grateful for the best siblings anyone could ask for.
I am grateful for truly loving pastors and church family.
Finally, I am grateful and humbled by clients and colleagues who continue to support my business and refer your friends. I do not take your support lightly.
I wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Perseverance Pays Off
Some home sales are easy and some require a little more time and effort. This home took a little longer to sell since we had to work with the seller's lender to accept less than what was owed on the home (called a short sale).
There were many bumps in the road and, at times, it looked like the home would not sell. But the seller, the buyer, and my team did not give up.
In the end, the seller was able to avoid foreclosure, the mortgages were paid off, and the buyer purchased a house to turn into their dream home. Closing day was a celebration for all involved!
See the link below or click here for a free report on how to save your home from foreclosure.
Dreams Do Come True
It was a pleasure to be a part of helping Michael reach his dream. This 24-year old firefighter purchased three acres of land to build his dream home. The land had been sitting vacant for years, but Michael has great vision and he could see that it was perfect for his new home.
I am so happy for this young man! I would also like to add a special thank you to Michael for being on the front lines as a first responder and serving the community as a firefighter. Your work is not in vein!
(Yes, real estate is still alive and well during COVID-19. I don't leave home without a mask!)
