NEW DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

New NHF Platinum Down Payment Assistance Program for buyers using FHA financing. The assistance is a grant and does not have to be repaid. The amount of assistance is 5% of the loan amount and can be applied to both 3.5% down payment and closing costs. 

• The NHF program is not limited to first-time homebuyers and no minimum contribution from buyer is required. If buyer submits and offer on a home and the seller agrees to pay all closing costs, then buyer can come to table with zero out-of-pocket cost.
• Income limits only apply to the borrower on the loan, as is not based on household income.  Income Limit for Metro Atlanta Counties – $78,545.00
• Even if your buyer has enough money for closing, they can still use this program and keep their own funds.
